It should be clear from the start that safety is one of the company's most significant concerns and that the employees should follow the guidelines. Whenever possible, include employees in safety programs and allow them to provide feedback. Ensuring that the member responsible for leadership preaches the value of a safe work environment is a crucial step for its team to become aware of the risks and more prone to speak in case they see something outside the norm.
