All organizations are responsible for promoting their employees' health and safety. The organization has to prevent (when possible) and protect its workers from workplace hazards. For this process to bear fruit, some steps are required to manage risk control in the workplace. These are:
Identifying the hazards
Assessing the risks
Controlling the risks
Recording the findings;
Reviewing the controls.
