The HSE Manual is a how-to-use health and safety management system guide. The manual provides a detailed structure of the HSE management system in an institution. The HSE manual will contain links to other health and safety documents, such as HSE plans, safe work procedures, HSE policy, risk assessments and methods, and occupant safety analysis. An HSE plan is a document specific to a project, job, process, or product that gives you a detailed plan for managing HSE. The HSE plan may contain other supporting documents, such as forms, a security checklist, and templates for reporting, verification, and auditing.
